The Development Finance Company of Uganda (DFCU) is one of the leading commercial banks in Uganda. Besides collaboration is dis-aggregating financing to the smaller enterprises that it serves, the DFCU sought and received support in putting up an office complex from the EADB. An obvious improvement from a previously disparate and scattered operation ran from three rented locations, the new office block not only allows the organization to become more organized and communicate better, but also to cut costs and court a new revenue stream.
